5 free attempts sponsored by Boot Coffee. No purchase is required. Only the saved number of ranked attempts is available; extra attempts cannot be purchased. Each new question allows 15 seconds. Open to individuals aged 18 or older with a verified CoffeeScore account. Winners must provide a deliverable USA shipping address. US residency is not required. Entry is subject to applicable law and is void where prohibited. CoffeeScore owners, employees, officers, directors, contractors and volunteers, including Valerian and Jolie, are ineligible for prize rankings and prizes. Sponsor employees, officers and directors are also ineligible. Automated accounts, bots and AI agents are ineligible. Authorized administrators may use separate test play. Click Next when ready; the next question receives its full timer only then. Current score and remaining question time are displayed during play. Each correct answer earns 1,000 points plus the event’s 0–99 speed bonus. At 18/20 correct (90%), earn Brewbert the autumn owl permanently. The first accepted ranked answer earns the souvenir tune permanently. The top three finishers each receive 50g of Gesha Village Estate, Gesha 1931 variety. Email sharing is optional and never changes eligibility or odds. Prize delivery will be coordinated with winners after the challenge closes.
Potential winners must reply within 3 days (72 hours) of their winner notification. If a potential winner does not reply in time, the prize is offered to the next eligible finisher in ranking order who has not already received a prize, continuing through fourth, fifth, sixth place and beyond as needed. Each alternate has the same 3-day reply period. The challenge sponsor handles prize shipping. Shipping is free to winners and is available only to deliverable USA addresses.
1,000 points per correct answer + 0–99.00 speed bonus − 100 per earlier ranked attempt, floored at zero. Your highest individually adjusted attempt counts. Scores compare the two decimals shown. Equal scores share competition positions (1, 1, 3).
Speed default: the mean remaining-time fraction of correctly answered questions, measured by the server including network time, scaled to 0–99.00. Incorrect and timed-out questions contribute no speed bonus.
Earn Brewbert: 90% raw accuracy, requiring 18 of 20 correct on any valid completed ranked attempt. Retake penalties do not affect this award.
Participation default: your first accepted ranked answer earns the one tune, even if you do not finish. Test attempts do not rank or receive real rewards.
New challenge attempts allow 15 seconds per question, including calculations. An attempt already started keeps its original timers.
Unfinished attempts cannot be saved or resumed. Leaving or reloading ends the attempt; question time continues offline while this page stays open. During ranked play, correct answers and explanations are hidden until the challenge closes. Submissions are accepted at least 2 seconds after a question is issued, measured by the server. Click Next to continue. Your next question is issued with its full allowance only after that click. Abandoning consumes the attempt. Hard cutoff default: at Dec 6, 2026, 11:59 PM · America/Los_Angeles, late answers are rejected and incomplete attempts expire without a completed ranking or earning Brewbert. Timed-out questions count incorrect in the full denominator.
Score prizes use best scores and published minimum accuracy. Cutoff ties: Prize order uses highest score, then higher accuracy (including partial credit where applicable), then lower total server-measured answer time, then earlier completion. If all these measures are identical at the prize cutoff, all remaining tied entrants receive the same prize. No random selection is used.
Sharing your email is optional. Score, attempts, collectibles and prizes stay the same. Withdraw for this sponsor in your dashboard. A past exported file cannot be remotely erased.
